The current volunteers are a diverse group of people – some have been riding horses since they were little, others take care of the organization, computers and everything behind the scenes. It doesn’t matter where you come from, what experience or skills you have – you are welcome here and there will always be something to help with. The work on the ranch is varied, but it often requires strong hands, energy and a willingness to do physical labor. If you are not afraid of work, love animals and nature and want to be part of a different adventure, El Paso is the place for you. Important: Keep in mind that our cowgirls are stronger than most "cowboys".

We won’t lie to you, most days on the ranch are full of work and rarely go by without a good sweat! You’ll be faced with a variety of tasks – physical labor, greeting and serving customers, cleaning, caring for animals and horses, and everything else that keeps life on the ranch going. Every day is different, but one thing is for sure – there’s work for everyone!

But after a job well done, it's time for fun! You can ride a horse, improve your skills, or learn to ride if you can't yet. We gather around the fire, talk, laugh, and share stories. And sometimes the evenings continue with music, parties, and get-togethers in our barn. Because in El Paso, we don't just work together – we create friendships, experiences, and memories!
